Delivery Of Goods

Items will be sent within 3 working days via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of the goods.

Standard On-Line Return Policy

If you would like to exchange or return an item from our website, please send it, in its original unworn condition, along with the dispatch note and original packaging within 14 days.

You can also take it into a local Mallard branch, no refunds can be given at the branches.

This exchange policy excludes bespoke and personalised items.

Please e-mail us to inform us of your return and we will send you the return address.

Please note you will be required to cover the cost of the postage, this must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the original payment method used. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process to complete.
